International Talk About the Times

The Prindle Institute is currently offering international high school students the opportunity to participate in a course at no cost in which they will explore and discuss current events through an ethical lens. In addition to developing critical thinking and writing skills, students will earn a certificate of completion. Through the course, students will identify and submit ethics-in-the-news topics for discussion, participate in six, weekly hour-long discussions (facilitated by Luka Ignac, former Hillman intern at the Prindle Institute) and write reflection piece on an ethical issue happening in the current events. In our sessions we focus on issues that we might never have encountered before and how those affect our close ones, countries, and different groups throughout the world.

The class begins each Saturday at 12 p.m. Central European Time.
